Offers classes designed to promote and help maintain the mental, emotional and social well being of older adults, to foster awareness & appreciation for aging as a lifelong developmental process. Instructional objective is to encourage and assist with continued, healthful, meaningful engagement through broadening the scope of interests and increasing one's knowledge base as well as enhancing coping skills and enriching awareness's as we age. All OMEGA classes, workshops and seminars are free of charge.
