Our state-of-the-art fitness center features an indoor walk-in heated pool, therapy spa, equipment designed for older adults and if needed we have personal trainers available to assist you.

Licensed physical therapists with our partner Rehab Alliance are available by appointment for aquatic physical therapy services. Rehab Alliance specializes in therapy and wellness programs for older adults to improve individual vitality, strength and balance.
